How does it work

A certain company sells long-term services or goods to customers; then, the receivables from these sales are negotiated and assigned to us, as credit rights. We pay this company at sight for the assignment of this credit and, on the maturity date of receivables, customers will settle their debt with FIDC Multiplica.

How do the shares work

FIDC Multiplica has two classes of shares: Senior and Subordinate.
Senior shares differ from the others due to its redemption and amortization effect. In case of IDC liquidation, the shareholders of this class will have preemptive right, and will be entitled to distribute the funds equity according to the values provided for amortization or redemption of the respective series.

Subordinate shares consist of Mezzanine and Junior classes, which correspond, at least, to 35% of our fund, providing an additional guarantee of receipt and profitability for senior share. This class works as a kind of collateral provided by the assignor of credit rights, serving as a mattress to absorb any defaults.
